I didn't get a chance to post yesterday. So here goes. I did really well. After dinner I was tempted last night to have a chocolate treat but I am trying to limit those so I had fruit instead and I'm proud of myself for making a healthier choice.

Today is going well. I am working on eating more veggies. This afternoon I had a big leafy cesear salad and for dinner last night I had broccoli. Big steps for me, I tell ya!

Ally - another missed ya girlie from me! We're glad to have you back.

Marva - okay, now I remember what you look like Marva! Thanks for adding back your pic! You're doing great and you already know you're my SBD shero!!!
