Exercise Thread - June 15 (Wednesday)

Good morning all!

I was up early for my Firm work out. It's jiggle free month for me so I did the jiggle free bun work out. It's just great. I'm telling you guys, I work up such a good sweat and my body feels so tight and toned after this work out, I just don't want it to end!!!

Okay, that's what I was up to this morning. How about you? What you doing to whip your body into gorgeous shape today?

I plan to go to the gym during my lunch hour. Probably forty minutes of cardio and a light abs workout =)

Yesterday was my day off from exercise but I did walk dd to the park (1.5 miles). Today I plan on doing 35 minutes on the treadmill at a 5% incline and I'll probably walk dd to the park again. Three more weeks and I should get the okay from my doc to start doing heavier workouts.

Good morning Lisa, Natalie and Denise and all who follow....one thing about exercise, it works with all phases and food plans.

Today I plan on taking gs with me to the gym, he can swim while I walk on the treadmill.....doing 2 bodies good.

Just got back from the gym. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 on the bike and cooled down for five on the treadmill. I did a moderate level because I felt very weak. this is day three of the SB diet so I'm still getting used to no carbs.

I was late getting in, whew.....walked 1-1/2 hours on treadmill while gs swam. I had been wanting to do that and somehow, it worked today.

natalie: good job on getting your workout in! just take it slowly...

I'll be heading out to the gym once DH gets home. Running and leg circuit today. I'm so tired!!! I have my tuna ready for my post-workout snack.
