Daily Menu Thread (Wednesday, June 15)

Phase 1 for today...
B- 2 egg omelet with ham & LF cheddar cheese, 12oz V8
S- mozzerella cheese stick
L- Grilled chicken caesar salad
S- SF jello w/FF cool whip
D- pork tenderloin w/broccoli


My menu for yesterday changed - we had to go to the Verizon store and had a wait so I didn't have time to cook my pork last night. Had a big salad from Ruby Tuesday's salad bar w/black beans, cheese, egg, veggies & light ranch dressing for dinner!

Good morning all. TOM has arrived today so I won't even bother weighing.... I feel like a big balloon today. Ugh. AND, It is my first TOM in 5 years... (ex depo user)

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the boards! This is my second post. I started the SB diet on Monday and have been EXHAUSTED.

What do you all think of my diet?

9:30am: egg whites, two slices of bacon
coffee with skim and three equals

12:00pm: gym for one hour

1:15pm: Salad with almonds, avocado pieces, broccoli, a little shredded cheese (regular), cucumbers, string beans, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

3:30pm: 15 almonds or 30 pistachio
coffee with skim and three equals

7m/10pm: either chicken with veggies or a microwaveable veggie dish.

PM: sugar free jello "or" sugar free pudding

Lots of water all day.

My menu for the day:

B - 1 egg/1egg white scrambled, two pieces turkey bacon
S - String cheese, cukes
L - turkey breast, broccoli, LF swiss cheese
S - string cheese, green peppers
D - I think, a salad and some chilled shrimp at second job

Natalie - your menu looks good!

So does everyone elses. You guys are so good with your veggies and I'm so bad! I really need to work on eating more of them!

Here is my Phase 2/Phase 3 menu:

B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins
S: Dannon light and fit yogurt
L: leftover beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a peach
S: 15 cashews
D: chicken breast and broccoli and cheese sauce with a nectarine for dessert

b = 2 egg omlette with lf mozzarella & bacon bits, glass of V8
s = SB cereal bar
l = chicken ceasar salad
s = handfull of cashews
d = pork chops and big old salad
s = 1 oz cheese

b: 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese mixed with Sugar free Jello cup
s: 1/4 cup mixed nuts
l: 5 cups lettuce with 1 boiled egg, anchovies, sliced fat free turkey, 2 TBS oil/vingegar, part skim mozzarella cheese stick
s: 1 cup Fat free yogurt
d: tilapia, brocolli
s: NSA fudgsicle, 1 cup skim milk

Menu's look good!

Mine was......

B, boiled egg, slice whole wheat bread and 4 cherry tomatoes
L, 2 oz turkey pastrami, bowl gazpacho and small salad
S, celery w lite laughing cow cheese
D, 3 oz chicken breast, gazpacho, 1/2 c black beans, slice cantaloupe

Kitchen is closed.

Here is my menu for Phase 2

B. 2 multi grain waffles with a light spread of amond butter and 2 eggs
S. white meat peach
L. a salad with some kidney beans included in the veggies
S. blueberries with nf flavored yogurt
D. grilled cod with some zucchini and brown rice
D. more blueberries and nf flavored yogurt
