Phase One ? How many servings from
each food group are you supposed to have daily for weight loss? I think I saw two dairy, but I can't find specifics for the others. I know fruit is not allowed.

I've read that up to two cups of dairy is allowed per day, but certainly not required.
My personal menu was Protein: Unlimited Vegetables: minimum 1/2 cup for breakfast and minimum 2 cups for lunch and dinner. Fruit: none Breads: none Milk/Dairy: none Fat: 1 tsp to 1 tbl of oil/fat. This is not exactly South Beach but is close and worked very well for me. |
