Mounds Bars!

Here's a recipe I made that tastes like Mounds Bars.

Mix:
3 oz. cream cheese (micro'd for 30 sec to soften)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/8 tsp coconut extract (or to taste)
4 pkts. of Splenda

Melt in micro for :
Handful of Minicarb chocolate chips (or a couple of your favorite sf choc. bars)
1 T of Virgin Coconut oil (optional)

Using a small pampered chef scoop or a spoon, portion coconut mixture into small paper cupcake liners. You should get around 12. Then spoon a teaspoon of the chocolate over each candy and refrigerate. You can freeze them too for portion control, just let it thaw before you eat it!

Sounds soooooo good 5cats,

Looks like an accident looking for a place to happen for me, I have to steer clear right now........ but it's an excellent recipe to have.

How would we count it?

Thanks!

Marva
