Exercise Thread for Tuesday, June 14

Good morning everyone!

I was a lazy bum this morning and slept in a bit. It felt so good. I plan on taking a 2 mile power walk at lunchtime though. I might even talk hubby into a walk this evening once we get home and get settled. Tomorrow I'm back to my Firm work out - jiggle free buns!

What are you doing today to move your body? We want to know!

I'll be playing softball tonight. 2 hours worth!!

May do Crunch: Fat Burning Pilates dvd before DH gets home (he takes over the TV when he gets home and I can't work out )

Tonight I am doing the 2 mile WATP for ABS! I just got it Friday and did it once over the weekend and I love it! I have 8 of her DVD's so I rotate ever day!
