.........Day 15 - June 14.......

....pick or add your personal challenge numbers.....

1. eat clean
2. make good choices/eating P1 or P2
3. begin exercising/maintain current exercise and/or add something to your
existing plan
4. drink more water
5. set a night time eating curfew 3 hours prior to bedtime
6. set a tentative weight loss number
7. work at managing stress and staying positive
8. no weighing/or weighing only on specific days
9. cut back on artificial sweeteners
10. eat more fiber
11. watch portion sizes
12. stop thinking negatively when the scale doesn't cooperate
13. try to post at least once daily to our SBD forum
14. drink more tea and less diet soda
15. limit whole grains to 3-4 days per week
16. smile more
17. use food journal
18. Try new whole grain recipes
19. do something daily for yourself even if it's something small

I'm very proud of myself because I didn't have my usual dessert after dinner last night. I bought a bunch of peaches and nectarines the other day so I had 2 very small nectarines after dinner. That's a big accomplishment for me. I also drank 3 of the .5 litres of water in the evening and I usually only have 1 so that was another feather in my cap. I would really like to see 174 on the scale on Sunday so I'm going to try to stay focused.

How is everyone else doing on our challenge?

Hi guys! I'm not home yet. I will be tonight, but I had a few minutes and thought I'd pop in.

Thanks so much Lisa for keeping us going while I was gone! You're doing great girly. I haven't had a chance to read the weekend threads yet, but what an awesome job on staying strong after dinner.

I did really well on my water while up in Fairbanks (where there was absolutely no humidity) but yesterday, I had a glass when I woke up, then nothing but diet soda and coffee until bed. Bad, bad Ally. Other than that, my choices have been pretty good considering I was travelling. I made some good ones and some not so good ones, and sometimes the best ones available were not so good (catered food and all...). If I can just get back on track with my water, I was feeling pretty good about myself before yesterday!

Missed you guys, and can't wait to get home.

Rose - today is another day. I'm sure you'll do better. We all eat things we wished with had not. I have a fondness for sugar free ice cream sundaes from this shop near my house. Not a good habit to have at all but I'm working on it!

Ally - it's so good to hear from you girlie! I hope you are enjoying yourself. We miss you and can't wait for you to get back and share the highlights of your trip. Unfortunately, I can't take vacation until January so I need to live through everyone else's trips until then. Hurry back soon!

Hi challengers!

Looks like everyone is doing good....hi to you Ally! Good to hear from you!

I'm running late but it's been a wonderful day! Food was good, so was my exercise, I'm positive standing on positive. , had my fiber and water, watched portion sizes, all in all in it

Some of us are even doing an addendum....All I want for Christmas Challenge! Woo hoo!
