Daily Menu Thread (Tuesday, June 14)
Here is my Phase 1 menu for the day...
B: 2 egg omelet w/ 1 link of turkey sausage & 1 slice lowfat cheddar cheese & 12oz V8 S: mozzerella cheese stick L: big salad w/grilled chicken & ranch dressing S: lowfat cottage cheese (4oz cup) D: garlic & peppercorn pork tenderloin, small salad, broccoli Des: SF popsicle Have a great day! ![]() |

B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins S: a Dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt L: deli ham sandwich on rye bread with homemade coleslaw and a peach S: 15 cashews D: philly cheesesteak sandwich with mushrooms, onions and low fat cheese with a nectarine for dessert |

How does this look?
Phase 1
B: 2 boiled eggs with mustard, 2 cups steamed zucchini slices S: Part Skim Mozzarella cheese stick, FF Yogurt L: 3 cups lettuce, 1 small cucumber, 1 boiled egg, 1 can drained tuna, olive oil-vinegar-mustard dressing S: 1/3 cup soy nuts, 1/10 of a Hershey's 1 carb candy bar D: Broiled tilapia, broccoli S: No sugar added fudgesicle, 1 cup Skim milk Other than the candy bar (last piece in my desk), how does it look? Started out this morning with SB roll ups. Kinda nice change.
Lunch was a plate of steamed broccoli/carrot combo with some calamary olives Dinner will be grilled young chicken with spagetti squash and a salad Have a nice day everyone. |

Hi to all, here I am dragging up the rear because I'm not good at sticking with menus, wow, 10 menus today, that's great!
mre, it looks awesome, good going! ......Sharon, that sounds like a wonderful menu, yummy, I need to do that breakfast too, it would be a switch from my boiled egg.... Phase 2......thanks Lisa for reminding me, B, boiled egg, 4 small cherry tomatoes, celery L, 2 oz turkey pastrami, wedge l-lc cheese, 1/2 c beans, salad S, oz nuts D, fish filet, gazpacho, 1/2 c beans and asparagus kitchen is closed |
