Sugars in Yogurt?????....

I've heard that the active cultures in yogurt actually eat most of the sugars, so it ends up being fairly lowcarb (talking about the plain kind, not sweetened/fruit). Anyone know anything about this?

I heard it, ????? Those on the yogurt challenge sure make a believer out of me. They could probably answer this for sure.
