Exercise Thread for Tuesday, June 7

Good morning all!

I don't know what it was this morning but I just wasn't into my work out like I usually am. I mean I went through the motions and all, I worked up a sweat but my heart wasn't in it for some reason. I almost talked myself out of working out this morning but I went ahead with it anyway and of course I'm glad I did. You always feel so good after a great sweat!

I did Firm 4 jiggle free arms. I love it! Especially the cardio segments you do in between the heavy weight sets. They don't give you anytime to rest or let your muscles recover. You just go from one set to the next. It is really a fun work out.

Okay, share with us, what did you do or what are you planning to do to move your body today?

only 30 minutes on the treadmill today. I may either try to get the other 30 later or do something else before the day is over.

I will be doing the stadium circuit with a friend today!!! I'm excited to show her what I've been doing. I also still need to get ready for the 5K that I'm running on Saturday. I'm a little nervous, because it will be my first official run ever!! I have never considered myself a runner, and I'm excited that I could even get to this point.

Hey, what happened to everyone's workout today!!?

I did the stadium with my friend, and it was fun. It's always motivating to workout with someone else. I went to the gym tonight with my other friend, and he had me trying some new leg machines. I liked them, but I'm pretty tired. I only walked 1 mile on the treadmill with a 3% incline, because my legs were jelly!!
