I remember that feeling well! It took a week or so for me to get used to that kinda empty feeling. But if you are truly hungry Jenny, eat something girlie!! One of my favorite Phase 1 snacks was to take a slice of deli turkey and roll a slice of 2% cheddar cheese up in it and nuke it in the micro for about 30 seconds. I call them my chicken egg rolls. One or two of them would always hit the spot. Keep up the great work, you're doing fine!!!!

I was really hungry for the first couple of days too, Jenny. Hang in there, hon! I'm still finding it pretty hard to eat enough calories some days!

Jenny, try counting your chews. It's weird when you start, but I am really finding it helps. If I chew each bite about 30 times, it makes me slow down.

I need to slow down.
I see that I eat slower when I eat out. I talk to much
But yes counting is a good thing. but if you do count, count to your self.

I guess I'm having a silly day. Sorry about.
They say you can take off pounds if you

Jenny, most of us have a couple of things that can ward off our hunger during those times....my 2 favorite things happen to be salty but program, turkey pastrami sliced really thin with a little light laughing cow cheese rolled up in it, 3 slices usually does it with 1 wedge of the cheese and a dill pickle. That clicked with me during Atkins 72 and with SBD too, good luck, you're really going to be happy here I hope!
