B-----2 fried eggs, V8

S---2 celery stalks with LC cheese wedge

L---steel cut oatmeal, cinnamon, packet splenda, 1 hardboiled egg

D---1/2 SB chicken ceasar wrap, brussel sprouts

S--SF Jello pudding cup

Over 80oz of water.

S---celery w/cottage cheese
L---porkchop w/broccoli and cheese
S--low cal cheesecake
S--sugarfree jello
D---???maybe 1/12 cups greenbeans and a salad w/ piece of string cheese

BF: 2 HB eggs, little can of Low Sodium V8
10:30 snack: String cheese
Lunch: 1 italian sausage, 1/2 c of cooked peppers, and a garden salad (cukes, peppers, grape tomato and lettuce)
3:00 snack: 4 Celery and Light Cream cheese
Dinner: TBD

My phase 2 menu:

B: whole wheat cereal with a sprinkle of raisins
S: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and some pineapple chunks (no sugar added)
L: tuna salad with an orange
S: 1 oz. of cashews
D: philly cheesesteak sandwich with an Atkins Endulge chocolate bar for dessert

S: laughing cow light cheese
L: salad with grilled steak on top, LC italian dressing
S: 1/2c tuna/egg salad
D: tex-mex meatloaf (mushrooms, lean gr. beef, homemade salsa), avocado slice with LC italian

oops i meant low carb cheesecake
Dinner is changing to eggs and prob canadian bacon again...i forgot i am going to breakfast with friend in am after work

any suggestions on my plan???? i work nightshift (12hrs) so that is why there are a couple of snacks spread out through there. my breakfast starts at 4z;30-5:30 in the after noon and dinner is normally around 7:30 the next am
