Is this legal on the SB diet? I know the LOWCARBERS use it but I question it for the BEACH...

A little high in fat for some Beachers, but I know that there are some who Beach with more fat than others.

It looks like an enriched wheat product to me, I personally think it goes in the VL - very limited products, use every 2 or 3 months in Phase 2 and beyond....jmo

In some things it tastes funny, but others it's fine. I make biscuits with it and love them with sf jam. I know many people love it.

Debbie, if you are doing SBD Phase 1, there is no way this is legal if you are doing program, the first ingredient is wheat. No grain during Phase 1. I still think it merits a Very Limited rating even in Phase 2......Sorry guys, not trying to make waves, just help her get started right.

Hope this helps.

Marva
