Exercise Thread for Monday, June 6, 2005
Good morning everyone!
Today I slept in a bit, it felt so good! I plan on taking a 2 mile walk at lunch time today. I had a great weekend and managed to get in a nice long work out (Firm total muscle shaping) yesterday morning. I'm still kind of sore from the heavy weights and all the leg lifts on the Firm box. Yikes! Okay, what's on tap for you all today? How do you plan to get your body moving? ![]() |

one hour on the treadmill here
I want to get to Target and see if they have the core secrets program. I want to add something more than my treadmill or watp dvds. We have 3 gyms here on base that I'm only minutes from, but I just can't go there yet. I'm too out of shape to go the the gym That's one of the things I'm working towards |

Great job ladies on already working out. I cant imagine doing it in the morning..
I plan to hit the gym today and do 8 minutes treadmill, then upper body circuit machines, then at least 35 minutes on the treadmill. Thats the plan, Stan.. LOL Actually it is 90 degrees outside and 110% humidity so I really want to go home and go swimming but that wont do anything for my waistline... |

Great job everyone! It's so inspiring to see what you all have planned or have already done for the day. I didn't quite get in my 2 mile powerwalk. It was so hot and sticky outside that when I felt my blouse sticking to my back I knew I had enough so I only did 1.5 miles but hey it was something! I'll get back in my regular groove tomorrow!
