B----slice SF banana cream pie, V8

S---2 celery stalks with LC cheese wedge

L---steel cut oatmeal, 1 hard boiled egg

D---1/2 SB chicken caesar wrap sandwich, broccoli

S---SF pudding cup

Start Date: 12/01/03 - restart 11/01/08 (down 6.2!)
Here's my Phase 2 menu:

B: whole wheat cereal and a sprinkle of raisins
S: 2 oz. of cottage cheese and some pineapple chunks (no sugar added)
L: tuna salad and an orange
S: 1 oz. of cashews
D: beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and 1/2 cup of no sugar added ice cream for dessert

bf- 2 eggs, 2 slices of lean bacon, 8 oz Hoods and 6 oz strawberries

lunch-6 oz baked orange roughy, 2 cups steamed zucchini

snack-celery with Laughing Cow and slice of flax bread

dinner-4 oz grilled chicken and 2 cups steamed broccoli

snack-2 apricots and Hoods yogurt

No breakfast here. I really have to work on that.

L: quiche w. caramelized onions, mushrooms and spinach
D: not sure yet. I'm thinking cod because it will be quick to cook after my scrapbook class, or I may tell DH to pick up something for him and I'll have more quiche.

here is my plan
B- porkchop with green beens
S- celery w ff cottage cheese
L- porkchop with broccoli and low fat cheese sauce
S- low carb cheesecake (i made it)
D- 3 eggs with canadian bacon

Any suggestions on possible problems with my plan for today

PS i work nightshift so my meal is not starting until between 4:30 and 5pm
and my "dinner of eggs" will be around 7am tomorrow

Okay, kitchen is closed and I can now do a report.

Today is my first day on SB! Here is what my menu was today:

B = 2 egg omlette with some cheese and bacon bits
L = chicken caesar salad, no croutons, and I used vinegar instead of caesar dressing
S = 1 oz cheese
D = turkey burger and salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing
S = handful of cashews

Does this look ok? It's all new to me!!!
