question about sugarfree candies (chocolate)
i bought some sugarfree chocolate covered nuts and chocolate toffee
just wondering if anyone was useing the sugarfree chocolate and how the weight lose/cravings were with them thanks ![]() |

I've had them anadday but not since way before the holidays. I had my ups and down with them, if I was really having an attack for something, I'd have one. Sometimes the sugar alcohols cause stomach distress and also sometimes they cause stalls, guess it's an individual thing.

I do ok with them........ I don't eat them every day though.......
Also, I have noticed that a "serving" is considered usually 3, and I only eat maybe 1 or 2 when I do have them... favorites are the russell stover's ones... My philosophy is that one of those is better than a regular chocolate candy.... For some though, they are a problem.... So beware..... |

Way too much time on my hands!

I stay away because I know I would binge on them. Sweets are my down fall so I avoid them. Remember to count them toward your 75 calorie limit on sweets for the day.
