I'm trying to keep a running tally of all the different goals, so if I missed one of yours or you have any new ideas, just try to let me know, and I'll add it to the following day's thread.

I'm really excited about all the participation! You guys are great!!! Weekends are busy for me, so if someone logs in on Saturday and doesn't see a weekend thread, would they please start it?

Marva - thanks for all the great ideas to get us started this month.

Rola - you're doing great, girl. Did you start SB on June 1st also?

Lisa, we *just* started on Wednesday, so please, join right in!!! We do think alike, I love your goals!

5Cats - can't wait for you to join, have a wonderful weekend with DH (it sounds so relaxing and fun)

Barb - I especially like your last goal. It's so nice to not totally concentrate on weight/scale/numbers in a challenge.

Shelf - I don't think I've had a chance to welcome you yet. You're switching from Atkins, right? Good to have you with us.

Rose - welcome to you too. There are a number of great threads on here to help you every day - a daily check in, menu posting, an exercise thread, and this one, plus Marva made some wonderful stickys with tons of helpful information about SB in general (thanks Marva, btw). I hope you like the Beach as much as we do.

Ally - thanks for compiling all of our goals in one place. That's just great. I read through them and think to myself that I need to work on just about every single point mentioned!

Tracie - we would love to have you join us. If you looking for inspiration and support, you have definitely come to the right place!

I'm doing pretty good so far today. Of course, it's just 10:00 am! Ha! I have to add one more item to my goals for the month. I am staying away from the sugar free ice cream sundaes at Mitchell's Homemade Ice Cream Parlor. There I said it. Now I have to just do it!

Have a great Friday ladies!!!

You guys are sooooooo awesome!

Ally on the additional #s.....food for thought on all....Journal, great thing, I do it faithfully. Sometimes knowing I have to write it down keeps me from eating it!

again Tracie! Congrats on your weight loss......

Rola, you are doing great!

Hi Lisa, maybe we don't need to eat if often, but it's it great that sf ice cream is available! Have a good one!

Wow, I'm so proud of everyone who's working on all or almost all of the goals. Very impressive.

Welcome Tracie.

LOL Lisa on doing well so far, I always think every morning, then realize I have hours and hours of day left to go! I know you'll do great this weekend! Holy moley on the ice cream parlor w/SF ice cream, I would just move in if there was one here, lol.

Marva - somebody yesterday had keeping a food journal as a goal, so I added it to the list. I know it's helped me in the past, but often makes me feel worse about what I eat, so I usually avoid it. I know I shouldn't feel bad - if I am making good choices it isn't a problem, but usually it just spawns guilt and the F-its, so I haven't done it in a while.

Rose - I like your avi too!!!

Ok, like Lisa said, I'm doing good so far too. I already had my two servings of grains tho *eek* so I'm going to try to eat veggies and protein for the rest of the day. I think on Monday I'm going to do the yogurt thing, since I'm having a hard time with the number of servings of grain a day again, and that always seems to get me back on track. I just ovulated and my b00bs feel huge, so I'm really going to try to stay hydrated and maybe that'll help. lol - sometimes I wonder what the male posters would think when they read some of the stuff I write. I know I've seen Matt post on the SB forum before. I guess with all the ladies around they get used to it, but I can get pretty embarrassed thinking about it, especially now that we have our own forum and anybody can be lurking!!!
