Favorite South Beach Meal?

Okay, I need ideas!! I'm looking for the meals that you really look forward to! Please tell me your favorite South Beach meal, and if you have a favorite recipe you'd like to include, it would be very much appreciated!

Last night I made the recipe Lisa posted the other day for the shrimp fried rice . That is my new favorite SB meal. (I used brown rice though).

Before that it was grilled salmon with asparagus and mock hollandaise sauce.

I loved the spegghtii(SP) Squash in the south beach book with parmesan cheese and zucchnni and olive oitl oh it is so good. as soon as I get my kitch back I am all over it.
