What brand pasta?

I am transitioning to phase 2 and trying to figure out what brand pasta to use. I know whole wheat but does anyone have a particular one that they use?

I've wondered that myself. I have a ton of Dreamfields and have been wondering if that is okay.

I use only Dreamfields and I love it! I've studied the process they use to block the carb absorption and it appears to be very real. When I eat Dreamfields, I don't get that stuffy feeling I get with other brands and it is the real mccoy. Some whole wheat pastas have a gummy tecture and are heavy to me. JMO

Thanks! I actually picked up the Ronzi Healthy Harvest? It says whole wheat blend? Is that different from whole wheat?

Hi I think a whole blend wheat means that it has another type of wheat with it.
Dreamfield I think is good.

Great minds think a like.
