Exercise Thread for the Weekend (Fri. 5/27-Sun. 5/29)

Good morning everyone!

I only have a minute to post as I have to get the salon. Things are in full swing at my house for the formal tonight. I did get up early and do Firm 4 jiggle free abs. That was tough but a good work out for my abs.

Morning All,

Yesterday was the chest circuit at the gym, and my friend had a little time to supervise my workout (usually he's really busy with his own). He definitely pushed me harder, and it was a really good workout. Today is probably the stadium circuit, though it depends on how I feel. I will definitely do something though. My friend said he's pleased with how I'm doing so far.

Anyway, hope everyone else has a great workout today!!

I did 3 miles on the bike and yesterday I did 5 miles went to the gym once while Son was swimmimg but it was only 30 minutes , walked to school also 2 miles so a little here and there. I plan on hitting it HARD next week. up at 5 am and everything. I will aso go Saturday and then hopefully Sunday as well and maybe even Monday. plan on drinking on Sunday so we will see. plus we are re modeling the house and doing a ton of work so I should have a pretty active weekend.

I will be hitting the gym in about half an hour....not going to the stadium - I decided that it's just too hot outside right now. glad that DH has the day off today. I really like going to the gym during the day.

Anyway, will be doing legs at the gym today..working on that 3 miles on the treadmill in anticipation of the 5K in June. Then on to the 10K on July 4th! My first ones ever!!

I'.m pooped.

Went to exercise class. I getting to old for this. 60 min non-stop the gal that teaches is about 20 years younger and she thinks we can keep up. Well we do sorta of (spelling).

Friday I did Cathe's Low Max intervals 1-4 45 minutes

Today was FIRM Express Today Body shaping 30 minutes.

Afternoon everyone,

Just got back from the gym...today was running and a chest circuit. There was one other lady in there, so I had a really great/easy time doing my circuit training today. Yesterday when I went, it was really crowded, and some guy kept monopolizing the super leg press!

running (moderately) 1 mile

chest circuit:
tricep press - 80#
pull down lat bar - 65#
compound chest row - 70#
overhead press - 20#
bench press - 20#

25x/4 rotations going from machine to machine as quickly as possible.

Tomorrow will be the stadium, since it's a legs day, and even though it's hard, i really enjoy the stadium circuit. I'm trying to convince my friend to come with me.
