Anyone ever tried a full body wrap to get rid of water?

I'm stalled but have that jelly belly that happens when water takes over the fat. I"m wondering if this would help.

I did one years ago--actually when I was 16 and I lost tons of inches everywhere but 2 days later they were back and lumpy spots... I wouldnt recommend. They may be better now because that was 21 yrs ago also.
