Are these foods okay for P2?

Okay calling all experts!! Can I have these things?

Protein Shakes with 2 scoops Designer Whey, skim milk and ice cubes (I have this for breakfast on mornings that I need to grab and go)

No sugar added cocoa

Spoon Size shredded wheat cereal (1 cup?) with blueberries and skim milk (this would be my grain for the day)

Fat free cool whip

Mangos (how much?)

okay, this is about Phase 2, right?

protein shakes...he lists some but they appear to be soy, don't see a listing for whey but I consider it G... protein is protein and it's low fat--jmo. that's probably a call we just make?

plain cocoa? okay, listed under misc, use sparingly.

shredded wheat, 1/2 c...3/4 c blueberries (listed serving sizes), and skim milk..

ff/ or light cool whip.......2T serving size

Mango -----1 small - 3 1/2 oz.

Thanks marvi! I knew I could count on you!

I'm with you on the protein shakes, I just needed to hear it from someone more experienced I guess!

As for the cocoa, it's the kind you make hot chocolate with...Swiss Miss No SUgar Added..the packets. Is it still okay?
