How many of you

still have cream in your coffee? I'm having a really hard time giving it up. I'm having an even harder time with the idea that I should probably give coffee up, at least temporarily.

I haven't ever used it but am on an experimental thing right now, having T of coconut oil in my morning cup, I know it sounds yuk but surely can be just as habit forming I'm finding. It's suppose to be limited to 1 T a week.... I'm not going to give up coffee for SBD are you? I don't drink that much but enjoy those couple of cups with the morning paper. (o:

I'm not sure I can give up coffee. The last time I tried, I still have withdrawal headaches after a week! I may give up the cream, since I drank it black for years. My morning routine right now is to get up, have breakfast, get the kids ready for school and to the bus stop and then I have coffee with a friend before she catches her bus. It's a lovely routine, and I'm sure I could drink something else, but it wouldn't be quite the same.

I use half and half in my coffee, but I recently tried the fat free half and half and it's not too bad. I may eventually switch, or maybe mix the 2! I, like marvi, take 1 T of Coconut oil in my coffee. We have a challenge going on over on the challenge board called Team Coconut and we incorporate cocouny oil into our diets for appetite supression, energy and health benefits. Feel free to join us!

Hmmm, FF half and half? Might have to check that out. Of course, there are lots of new LF and FF "creamers" out there that I may have to check out, provided they are not loaded with sugar.

I have to have at least one cup of coffee in the morning and I tried the fat-free half and half also and it was okay but not as satisfying to me as Coffeemate type creamers. I also don't like adding the cold creamer to my hot coffee because it cools it down too fast. So I decided that this is one thing I will cheat on and have my coffeemate, it's cheaper, doesn't cool my coffee and it's lower calorie. I know it is corn syrup solids but it doesn't create cravings for me, I don't use that much, and it just satisfies me better.
I am satisfied with one full cup, with the half-n-half I would drink partial cups
because it was to cold and I don't reheating in the microwave.

I also drink the full-leaded coffee but cut all other caffeine in drinks such as tea and soft-drinks.
