how do you do SB with WW?

i started doing south beach with great success on phase 1, lost 5 pounds, and now i am in phase 2 and am paranoid about eating the phase 2 foods... i was trying to incorporate the weight watchers points or core plan into the south beach woe, but my weight loss has stalled. i thought it might have to do with the fact that i am down to losing the last 10 pounds, but then i took a look at the food lists and i think i've been cheating more than i thought according to SB... where can i look at a good guide for how to do both of these (i am doing weight watchers with my friend) and not be a cheater?
thanks!

Hi Jackie, I do south beach and stay accountable with flex points. I put points to what I eat, if I can count it and stay within 22 points, I think I'm stayed within a good calories range. There isn't a combined guide for both of them that I'm aware of and I can't do WW meal plan any longer, I go off program. Crazy huh? I can't allow myself the choice of ff chips, etc because I will eat them. About WW, you can't do both programs, it's either or. If you're doing core, you're pretty much doing whole foods,( I tried it last year and it's a good plan, pretty sbeachy).. but it just doesn't have much of a point range to go beyond that but on just flex points, you can't have all you want. Isn't that the way you take it? It's been a long time since I've been near the last 10 lbs, it is harder there, good luck!

i agree with you totally, it's hard to control the points when you are allowed to eat the things that make you gain weight to begin with! i do like the core plan but it's not that clear cut. and i am afraid to eat grain because that is the type of food i have a hard time limiting.... ! at this point i haven't gained any so that is a plus, but i am going to really have to do some detective work to figure out what is causing the stall and i think the points had much to do with it!
