Could be a little shy for you with the 10 mile bike ride, there's a program somewhere on the internet to log your stats into to help calculate calories needed per body type and exercise...I don't have a link or I'd post it. Anyone have it handy?

Thanks tons Ally!
Nemosmommy, I was thinking of this question and my answer after leaving home. I also watch my calorie intake w WW flex points and while this wasn't your question, I'd like to include here that we are suppose to eat until we are satisfied of the given foods, we don't have to count anything really, just consider portion control. Even though I think it's a good idea to be accountable to ourselves, I think we should consider program advice and we can learn to trust our bodies on how much it needs.....is that about as clear as mud? Good luck! |
