Monday's foods

B: eggs and 2 cups of spinach, and some toast, ice coffee

L: corn flakes and f/f milk, ice coffee later on

Snack: artichoke hearts in a bowl, and ice coffee

D: It will be pot luck, since Josh is sick, he will have some basic noodle stuff. Buffie and I will have tuna casserole, I will fix it late this afternoon, Josh hates tuna. ice coffee

Evening snack: s/f Creamsicle, some Irish cheese pieces, and ice coffee

Doris I think we will just go to Denny's. I had the best fish ever last time we went there.
Another favorite of mine is the Pot Roast.

Monday: coffee
Brunch: tuna salad
lc pumpkin bar
6:00: salad w grilled chicken, cottage cheese, wine
Snack: peanuts, diet soda

I didn't have my snack, the other kids picked me up with Silas, we went to Red Lobster, I had Cajun chicken alfredo with fettuccine, ate half and took the rest home for another meal. Ice tea
