It's FRIDAY! What's on your menu?
B: coffee w/cream (2T over 3-4 cups through the day)
L: Panda Express 1/2 order mixed veggies + beef with broccoli (bowl) D: 6oz burger patty w/1T mayo; 2 cups chopped lettuce w/2T evoo Snack: large iced americano w/1/2&1/2 Totals: 1,148 calories; 26g carbs; 7g fiber; 46g protein; 79g fat

Good morning!
B: 2 teas w/hwc, cheese stick, chicken salad L: leftover brat with sauerkraut, lettuce/tom salad with ranch S: cheese stick if needed D: going out to a nice steak place to celebrate my parent's anniversary - a salad (probably Caesar), filet and creamed spinach. yum!
