It's THURSDAY! What are you eating?

B: coffee w/cream (lol I planned on eggs today, but zero appetite so far)
L: whataburger green chili double, no bun (if you're not a Texan, you're missing out! )
D: trying a new casserole idea: making cauliflower "rice", then adding a jalapeno popper feel with bacon, cream cheese, jalapenos (may use hatch chilis, dh doesn't like hot as much as son and I do lol), topped w/shredded sharp cheddar and baking it.

Totals: 1,166 calories; 17g carbs; 4g fiber; 63g protein; 94g fat

2 slices turkey bacon
Taco meat and leftover chicken dipped in sour cream/mayo jalapeño cheddar dip
Black coffee
3 spicy Cheetos fries (couldn't help myself, they are my kryptonite)

Dinner will be grilled meat assortment and organic cauliflower steamed with melted cheddar cheese. Only gonna have 1 floret though.
