Yeah, I over-ate. My tummy is FULL. Probably TOO full .
It was good.
A small bowl of spaghetti squash w/ lower carb sauce, butter, and chopped pepperoni, and a big green salad of romaine lettuce, spinach, and mushrooms w/ lower carb ranch dressing, and water.
It was good, but I could have done w/half the salad.
who kinda wishes she hadn't eaten SO much!
and who is joyously releasing body mass and weight daily.

Been there done that! Like last night in fact!! At least it's salad, there are worse things that we could be overeating right?!

There probably are. I was gone most of the day and stopped on the way home for Romaine and spinach for a salad, then bought more veggies, and it was all good. I had the produce man cut a squash into quarters and brought 2 quarters home. Of course, after it's cut, it doesn't last so long. I had 1/2 of one quarter last night, and will eat the other 3 quarters over the next few days.
It was a pretty low everything day until the end when I had a fat bomb.
Breakfast today was a clump of broccoli with butter and grated cheese.
I AM joyously releasing excess body weight, mass and tissue to the universe daily.
