feels like cheating!

Today the only thing I have eaten is salt and vinegar wings from the wing bar at the grocery store with Marie's blue cheese dressing. I know that is allowed on my plan, but I feel full and it seems like it has to be a cheat to have something so delicious. My mind knows it's allowed, but there's still that voice inside my head that says "this is too good to be true".

I love wings! My local pub does wing night every Tuesday with about a million different flavors. My favorite are the old bay wings with blue cheese dressing. Yum!

Just keep your eye on the scale on a regular basis; seeing consistent losses will quell doubts like these. P.S: I love wings, too! Hot, cold, doesn't matter.

I am putting wings on the menu!!! Yes, it is almost too good to be true! I think jalapeno poppers are almost too good to be true too!

This is not cheating - it is what eating good, healthy food feels like! Quite an eye-opener at first, especially if one has been eating a low fat, tasteless diet.

I have to dig up Ntombi's recipe. I made them for an app for Thanksgiving and they were a hit!

I just have to remember to wear gloves when I make them

Question I've been wondering about in general - I have a new found love for buffalo chicken. I never thought about it, but a non-breaded chicken wing with buffalo sauce might be a safer bet in a restaurant, right? Or do we think the buffalo sauces/wings probably have some secret sugars/breading/fillers added?

I could probably just ask the waiter to check, though!
