D: pork chop (pan fried simply w/salt and pepper); shredded cabbage w/evoo and vinegar

B: leftover steak from last night with a few cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, 1/2 avocado and sour cream

L: crack slaw

D: after tennis - really not sure. May just make a small chicken, bacon, ranch salad.
