B: nothing but tea and water, not hungry
L: 4 eggs, 2 slices of gouda, some mayo and salt/spices
D: omelette with herbs and cheese

I'm egg fasting for a few days; I overindulged on wine and too much food, so I wanted a reset! This is day one, and I've only had lunch and am already fed up with eggs, LOL!
Do as I say, not do as I do... DEFINITELY not do as I do!!!

Afternoon All!

B: BP Coffee (2T CO, 2T Kerrygold), macadamia nuts

S: half avocado (liberally sprinkled with "Slap ya Mama" cajun seasoning , 2 carrots

L: chicken thighs over zucchini, tomato, onion, and spinach with basil pesto

S: half avocado and sliced ham

D: will be made by Mom and hopefully LC friendly - if not, I have tomorrow's lunch as a backup

Finally coming back to Tried'n'True LC living!
This time with a special focus on less alcohol and fewer "cheat days"

2 eggs , 1 slice turkey bacon
Raw cauliflower and pork rinds dipped in Colorado gourmet farms green chili dip(spices, sour cream, and mayo that u mixup)

Dinner is grilled hamburgers and chicken
