I agree that it is a good book. I am disappointed that the recipes do not include the nutritional anaylsys.

I just read Eat fat get thin and he also had a show on pbs and it was good.
I also read his book on 10day detox diet. In fact i have alot of health books. Plus I like Dr. Oz. and his mags.

another good book is EAT To Live. Dr. Weils has great books too.I could go on.
what type of diets do u girls do?
