What's the one food you have to have every day?

For me it's a mocha latte, usually hot but sometimes iced. I have one every morning, either with milk or coconut milk. It's the very first thing I consume, even before water. What? I'm not addicted.

Eggs. Preferably with bacon.

I "can" do a day without eggs but I try very hard to avoid it.

Coffee. Usually 1-2 cups with cream or half and half, the rest of the day black unless I get an iced coffee, I like a s/f syrup and cream in that.

Coffee with HWC but thinking I may have a problem with this in the weightloss department so I may have to eliminate the cream.

I am in concurrence with the previous posters
I'd probably say coffee first, with some CO and/or cream frothed in.
A bit of bacon with an egg would come up a close second and third.

Without hesitation, it is coffee in any form but bullet proof is my preference!

I won't even get out of bed if there is no coffee. More than half my trips to the store are for coffee supplies. Oh dear I'm out of water for coffee, trip to the store. Or oh dear I'm out of cream, trip to the store, oh no I'm out of Stevia, trip to the store, coffee itself, trip to the store.

I have been in my local store as many as 4 times in one day....what do you mean I'm unorganized

So the short answer coffee
