Ugh hitting the induction trail once again

So annoyed at myself. After a year and a half and getting below goal I lost my head. I let old habits of eating my emotions set in again. Now I have gained 11 pounds in a month and am starting induction again. Today went well. Hoping that it doesn't take too long to shed these gained pounds. Just needed to vent.

You're back, that's the most important thing. Just remember it's a way of life and sometimes we get derailed, but if we find our way back all is well. Glad for you, it took me two years to come back and I'm happy and relieved to be back.

Me too! Not proud of myself but kinda excited to eat well again and get back to where I am looking my best. My stats are pretty accurate... give or take a lb or two, but I was under 110. My main motivator is how crappy I feel lately though. Weak and sluggish and irritable. So I have just decided that tomorrow I am back on induction... Iwillmake do with what I have on hand until I can rework the fridge Hello omelettes and bone broth,my old friends

I'm back on the induction trail. I leave and come back every time. Low carb is not supported in my family, but it's always the thing that works for me

I'm back again too. But... way to go on reaching your goal and getting back at it before you got too far.

Unfortunately, I did the latter and now I am at my heaviest ever and totally depressed.

Me too. Made it through 1 day. Unfortunately, I have been off track for a few years. Looking forward to making it through 2 weeks of clean eating!!

Starting day 10, down 3.5 lbs. It's a tough transition back to low carb and reading labels, I cant believe that there is some type of carb added to so many products!! Being off carbs certainly helps with appetite.

Hi, I live in Abu Dhabi and have been looking madly for the atkins 72 book. needless to say its nowhere to get. Amazon is way to expensive to deliver to here. So I was thinking probably we could post our meals and help each other ?

I'm back as well. More exercise this time around. My weight seems to be shotting up, and even with working out 4-5 times a week and counting calories it wasn't budging!

Back to Low Carb - At least I never gain, and maybe with adjustments I can lose this time with it. My hunger was also getting out of control with low cal/high carb so I'm alreay feeling better on day 2 with LC
