I have a question for everyone

How hard was it for you to loose your belly fat? Im losing inches everywhere but my lower stomach and its kinda disheartening. How long did it take you guys to see results in your stomach?

Me too. Arms and legs are getting skinny but my belly and muffin top is still there. I heard once that the first place you gained will be the last place you lose. Makes sense cause my belly was the first place my gain started so you might be just like me. We could exercise I guess, but I'll just wait it out, thank you!!

Ditto. I've lost some fat I am sure, but belly is still really flabby.

Mine is finally starting to go away but it's the slowest and the last place to go, but I do see it going. It will go just keep with your WOE and it will go. Some of mine is still there but a LOT has gone. It just takes time.

I'm new here so sorry for just randomly chiming in.

I lost 55 lbs with low carb and just like with any other fat loss, it comes off pretty evenly everywhere. And since many of us have the body type where we hold a lot in the stomach area, it will seem to come off the slowest. Stress is a factor for belly fat in general - cortisol levels are raised by stress and it causes retention of the fat in that area. I have heard that coconut oil helps to reduce fat in the belly region but I don't have the sources to prove this at the moment.

But don't get discouraged, you'll get to where you want to be and you seem to be on the right track

My belly fat seems to be going first although it's still got the muffin bit at the moment! It's my butt that I struggle with... It's the biggest part

Mine comes off last. I was even at first, but then I lost a lot off my bust while my waist and hips stayed the same the last 2 weeks. That will change with time.
