Your Personal Paleo Code

I've been reading this book for a few days, and while I'm not quite done with it, this is one of the best books for paleo eating I've read.

I really like how after the break in period, you can add back foods that may not be "paleo" cause as he says it, we have evolved some since our cavemen days. Some people have no problems with milk and can enjoy a little bit. I would be so sad if I could never drink a nice glass of milk a couple times a week. And I loved the author bashing the whole " animals don't drink milk after they grow up why should we" with his " animals also drink coffee, or use computers why should we"

This is the program I could really see myself using to move into a more paleo way of eating.

I like a lot (but not all) of what Chris Kresser writes. I think the same thing about the milk. It doesn't agree with me, but you can bet other animals would drink it if they could figure out how to get of out of the cow like we have.
