Ugh, another weekend, another pound. So depressing sometimes!

I went to my daughters crossfit class on Saturday and it was BRUTAL. I'm so sore today, it hurts to lower myself onto the toilet! Obviously, it doesn't MATTER how much you work out if you EAT stupidly!

I really don't know what's going on. Sure, I could be eating a little better, but DANG, I'm not binging and not eating out of my window. I'm also going to the gym regularly, and I don't FEEL bloated. I don't understand what's going on.

I'm gonna give it a few more days, and I might need to get my thyroid re-checked.

Well that's a little better. Not good by any stretch of the imagination, but at least the scale went DOWN. GEEZ. I was having a panic attack at weigh in!!

I made a few small tweaks to my eating. Plus it could be that the water weight that was happening with sore muscles might have dissipated. I'm not sure. going back to the gym tonight so. . .
