B: whey protein shake. coffee/cream
S: atkins vanilla shake (work break)
L: brussell sprouts and cauliflower, artichoke hearts (steamed) and mixed with laughing cow garlic/herb cheese wedges (2 wedges) and sour cream. roasted chicken (store deli)
S: coffee/cream
D: chia seeds softened with almond milk then mixed with unsweetened coconut flakes, cocoa and some sf davinci's.

I am modifying my diet so it may look odd to you.

B - yogurt with raspberries
L - wrap with turkey, avocado, tomato and cream cheese, no sugar apple sauce
Snack - cheddar cheese and LC homemade chips
D - bacon chicken roll ups, Birdseye Tuscan Veggies

Lots of liquids

Brunch was scrambled eggs and kielbasa

Dinner:



a few poppers, and shaved Brussels sprouts with shrimp and garlic cooked in a little bacon fat.

Coffee with HWC and water.
