Well, as I approach goal, my body loves to back away. Even though I continue to stay on plan, I am gaining a bit every day. Waiting for the pendulum to swing back around.

B: Black tea with 2 Truvia, HWC
L1: Asian burgers (I made them with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and hot chili paste); Roasted cauliflower and tri-colored carrots
L2: Small salad
S: 1 oz. pizza flavored flax crackers
D: Going out to a concert with boyfriend, so probably Thai. Will probably do a seafood salad.

L Beef broccoli Alfredo,recipe room recipe calls for Ragu Alfredo,but I'm making it homemade.Cottage cheese,lettuce,onion,celery,green pepper salad with creamy homemade Italian dressing. sf tea
D strawberries and sf jello,softened cream cheese. I drink gallon+ cold water daily

Breakfast : 1 lc tortilla with 1 slice of low sodium mozzarella and 2 egg omelet
Lunch : 1/2 cup of sphagetti squash with 1 large serving of my home made chicken liver/kale crock pot casserole
Snack : 1 Quest bar
Dinner : 1 serving of crock pot ground pork and green bean + bowl of mized berries and whipped cream (with 1 tbsp chia/flax/hemp seeds)

Breakfast...Small garden salad with real bacon added....shredded cheddar/pepper jack cheese...Ranch dressing
Lunch.....Power walking in the Mall
Snack....(maybe) an Atkins bar....
Supper....Italian Chicken Breast, sm..serv..of cauliflower with cream cheese sauce...small serv...of greenbeans cooked in bacon grease and onion flakes, and seasonings....
No food eaten after 5:30 PM

-Skipped breakfast. Had to fast for a health physical this morning.

-Lunch - took my dad out for a seafood lunch, and I had shrimp and oysters, with green beans and cucumber salad, and a Diet Coke. Yes, I went over my usual daily allowance, but I so rarely cheat or have "overage" days. Afternoon snack was an Atkins bar.

-Dinner....yet to be determined

Morning: 1 mug of coffee with cream; Slice Cheese, Slice Ham

Lunch: Large Portabella grilled mushroom cap with roasted pepper, basil, garlic and cheese.

Dinner: Roasted Chicken with a touch of homemade BBQ sauce; Broccoli with butter

Snack: Pepperoni


Exercised: 15 minutes cardio (bike, uphill, moderate pace)
15 minutes Bowflex...arms, shoulders, chest.

S: (work break) atkins vanilla shake


L: spinach, onion including green top, artichoke hearts, cheese, oil/vinegar, sausage. coffee/cream

Haven't eaten the following yet, but this is what I plan on having).

D: roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower with viniagrette dressing. will have a little chicken if needed, but I'm not hungry yet and its 4:30 so may very well not need more.

s: chia seed soaked in almond milk, sweetened with sf davinci's. a little more almond milk or cream if needed.

total carbs: 46
fiber: 25
calories:1601
