Start Date: IR/PCOS: Dx pre-diabetic 3/2010
B: sausage patty at home (so I can take my meds), two cups coffee with HWC at work
L: Italian cabbage salad, roast beef, olives
D: Kebab (beef, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, onions) and perhaps a serving of rice w/butter (1/2 cup = 21 grams)
What shall we do for this meal, Mr. Banting?
The same thing we do every meal... Try to take over the world!

So close to goal, I can taste it. I know I will bounce around for a bit now. Hope to stay on track and get there soon.

B: Black tea with 2 Truvia, HWC
L1: Burger with pimento cheese sauce; grilled zucchini, red onion, green beans, eggplant, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and yellow pepper with pesto
L2: Salad of mixed greens, romaine lettuce, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parmesan cheese, and pine nuts with yogurt/EVOO/lemon dressing
S: 20 grams coconut chips
D: Going to the library, then local pub, so probably: old bay wings with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing
18 week challenge to Goal (Dec 21-April 25)!

December 21 - Jan 19: 148.2 - 148.8; body fat: 37.8% - 38.4%
January 27 - Feb. 23: 143.4 - 142.4; body fat: 38.4% - 37.8%
March 1- March 29: 142.4 - 142.2; body fat: 37.5% - 37.9%

3 egg omelet w/cheddar cheese & 1 oz ham, 2 oz tomatoes
1 can tuna mixed w/mayo - half large dill pickle - 2 oz tomatoes
leftovers, either pot roast, side spinach salad, zucchini bake or LC pulled pork w/ LC coleslaw

water & green/white tea all day, plus some CO

Breakfast : 4 pieces of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch : big salad (cucumber, bacon, chicken, red inion, red pepper, feta & romaine) with balsamic dressing
Snack : 1 quest bar
Dinner : 1 serving of my Crockpot pork (90/10 ground pork/green beans/lc sauce) + strawberries with whipped cream

Hello all - I am back from a very long and very "gain"-ful hiatus. Am actually quite ashamed of my actions and am back to put my bad eating in my past. Hoping I can stick with this again. I've done so well in the past. First started Dec. '99. Ok, here goes:

B: Atkins shake - only because I got up late. Stopped at the store quickly - could have been a lot worse.

L: Lettuce, cucumber salad w/Italian dressing; 2.25 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese

D: Hamburger (no bun); spinach w/butter & vinegar

Lots of water throughout the day.

B: whey protein powder mixed with 1c almond milk. coffee/cream

S: atkins vanilla shake (at work)

L: tuna salad with an avocado. grande iced americano with 2T HWC added

D: Chia seeds softened in almond milk then mixed into pumpkin and cream cheese with cinnamon added. sweetened with sf davinci's

(haven't had dinner yet, but this is what I'm planning on eating tonight).

Carbs: 45
Fiber: 25
Calories: 1496
