HFLC by accident...

Hello all. First off, I'd like to tell you that I ended up doing this WOE by accident! Crazy, right? Well, here's the thing... 2 years ago I did Ideal Protein and lost 58 lbs in 10 months. BUT... here's the problem. I didn't actually *like* Ideal Protein. All these powders and mixes... some of the ready to drink drinks were good... but that's about it. So I quit. And gained every pound back.

BUT!!! This past January when I realized - or admitted or however you want to put it - that I need to get serious about this, I thought I would take Atkins rules and adapt them.... because I didn't like how Atkins plan sounded... but I know the advantages of ketosis from Ideal Protein.

Now here's the REALLY good plan. I am losing weight faster than I did on Ideal Protein. And I think I could be doing it faster??? I didn't know about the calculators and the percentages, etc. I started 01/12/14 and have lost 39 lbs. and I feel great and I'm so happy!

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have been lurking mostly... posted a couple of times, but hadn't introduced myself.

That is pretty fast. I am very glad for you. I would not want to lose any faster. You do not want to get sick in the process.
