I lost 3 pounds and plan on doing much better in May!
My goal for May is 177

I can't help myself. I tell myself to weigh once a week, but just can't do it. I have to step on that scale. I am also new here. Started on Sunday. I have lost 8 lbs, but all water. I was having a horrible problem with swollen ankles and joints. Feel so much better.

Welcome May! Although where I am it's been rainy and dreary, certainly not at all like what May should be.

April was good to me, I had a 15lb loss, and a loss of 11.5".

Wishing you all the start of a great month! Today the scale is reading the same.

I would like to join this group. . It is good to be accountable to someone or some group. I am a daily weigher, but do not record what I eat. I have to work on that aspect or my diet. I have tried many diets in my lifetime and have found that a low carb diet works the best for me. Whatever plan works for you is your best diet. Good luck and love to all traveling their weight loss journey.

I was down to 251.8 yesterday, but today I am retaining water. I don't feel well. I'm drinking some broth, hoping that it helps and I'm just a bit low on sodium. I feel like my weight loss is very slow.

Welcome new daily weighers!

I had to come to Oregon to take care of my dad and I don't have my scale so I won't be tracking for a while. I usually gain here but my dad has no appetite and has no food in the house. All he had yesterday was some brussel sprouts. I need to go buy some LC food and make him eat.

Jaz - have a good & safe trip. Its good to take care of Dad, I'm sure he will be eating healthier with you there...
I am leaving today for MN to visit my Dad ....we both will be MIA especially with the scale thing, however I will

Just 8.5 hours and off for the weekend with my grandkids. Their dad drops them off tonight. This will be the first day following my WOE and theirs for them. Plus making a cake for one of their birthdays. Oh give me strength. So far I have had no problem passing up sweets.

Yeah, this week has been a rough week for staying on plan.

Last night we had our Relay-for-Life Survivor dinner. All this little old church ladies had baked their little fingers to the BONE to provide a delectable spread of delicious decadence!

I'll get back on plan. I promise! I don't like waking up all bloated in the morning. I normally NEVER EVER EVER eat after 6pm. It doesn't bode well for me at night!

Happy Friday! Tomorrow, My Relay team is hosting a Zumbathon to raise money. I WILL burn off some carbs then!!

Dinner at a friends tomorrow but feeling pretty good for the first time in a long time that I have a handle on myself.
