Just planning on keeping it controlled today, after 2 days of wanton disregard for calories and nutrition. Oh, and I'm up 5 pounds!
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea
L: Either Banh Mi, or split pea soup with ham and Greek yogurt
S: Quest bar
D: ?? Keira has a game, so probably drive thru - jalapeno turkey burger with no cheese
