CAPRYLIC ACID,

hi all, was wondering if any one has used caprylic acid to treat candida, also can anyone suggest any induction foods to prevent constipation really suffering at the momment with candida and constipation not good, thanks all for any advise, xx

I take one magnesium pill a day and have no constipation issues. Many people on here have suggested that. As for the Candida, I have no idea because I haven't dealt with that, but I'm sure you will get a lot of answers! The best of luck to you on your journey!

Don't know about candida but for general bowel health, I take a good probiotic. Probably for quick relief, a tbsp. of coconut oil may do the trick.

Yes, CO will help. If yo take a larger than normal amount, I'd stick near the facilities till it stops moving! And it will move!
