New Snack

This evening, I nuked a few chicken skins in the microwave and they were so good. I had them with my salad but it was a nice little satisfying snack. It reminded me of the pork rinds, but I used chicken.

I save the chicken skins off thighs and bake them with garlic salt sprinkled on them. Better than pork rinds!
