My favorite kind of DD!

I've made 2 attempts so far at my 1st down day, with less calories than usual, but definitely not a down day. Today, I intended to make it an up day, but wait as long as possible to eat. It's 4:30pm right now and I'm not even close to hungry. So, I've decided today will be my 1st official down day in years. I might as well! I'm going to eat one dinner later and make sure it's under 500 calories.

So by far my favorite kind of down day is when it happens by accident.

I worked out in the yard all day, and literally just ate dinner. I had a hamburger patty/no cheese, wrapped in lettuce. DD success!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Congrats to you! Keep it up!
Perfect example of how weekend DDS can be so much easier than weekdays for some of us. I'm soooo much more relaxed and happily busy on Saturday and Sunday!
