On vacation so slept in really late - no breakfast
Lunch : chef salad from Cracker Barell, no croutons, blue cheese dressing with coffee
Dinner : 2 low carb/no sugar home made cheese & blueberry biscuits with butter & 2 % cottage cheese with berries
1 Cherry Coke Zero, 1 diet tea, water & coffee
