For those that Struggle..some Thinspiration

I have seen several people with posts about downward spirals and struggling with this WOE and WOL. I understand how easy it is to get in that rut when things are not going EXACTLY as you thought they would or you eat something you know is not the best thing while trying to lose weight and be healthier. Remember ONE THING... this is a lifestyle change. You are a HUMAN BEING. There will be times where you may eat something that isn't the best BUT just jump right back on. I lived like that for 3 years and the weight loss slowed down but after losing 70 the first year I lost 10 the 2 years after that. I had my "off" times but I always went back on and the loss continued. DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP!!! Just get back on the horse and keep going. YOU GOT THIS!

Oh and btw... after not watching my carbs but sometimes for the last 7 years (until I restarted 2 weeks ago), half of the weight I lost before NEVER came back....Just saying!

Psssst...Nothing tastes as good as ketosis feels!
