Good morning!!

bpc and 1 coffee
chicken 'sandwich' (roast chicken, mayo on top of an oopsie with a Romaine leaf as the topper)
pork sirloin, mustard sauce, leftover Greek salad

D-TBD but possibly something with ham and HB eggs since we have so many leftover from Easter. Maybe a nice big salad.

Lunch : left over from Easter (roasted turkey breast + mini pumpkin/sweet potato casserole)
Snack : berries & GY
Dinner : home made Kale chips & a tuna/egg/avocado salad with full fat dressing

Coffee/water/ 1 Coke Zero/ 1 Diet tea

L: Grilled chicken and greens with avocado and ranch dressing
L: The other have of the grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli w/ butter & cheese, the other 1/2 avocado and grilled mushrooms. Sounds kind like a crazy dinner, but it was really very tasty.

Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with smoked Gouda, ham, coffee with heavy cream
Lunch - 2/3 fat bombs
Dinner - Maria's chili (if it all thaws out ) alternate plan: burgers at out favorite burger place (bunless, of course)
